4th Annual K’s For Kids Inc. Fundraiser

Come join us for our 4th Annual K's For Kids Fundraiser on Saturday, March 10th 2012 at 5pm. The Ram, at 700 N. Milwaukee Ave, in Wheeling, IL 60090, will once again be hosting this event and has reserved the ENTIRE restaurant for us! In addition, we will be providing complementary valet parking.

The cost will be $45 per person in advance, $50 at the door, and will include appetizers, choice of entree, dessert, one beer/soda, tour of the brewery, and 2 raffle tickets.

All orders received from Thursday, March 8th through Saturday, March 10th at 3pm will be held at the door.

Appetizers:

-BBQ Meatballs
-Buffalo Wings
-Cheeseburger Sliders
-Beef Skewers = Large skewers of marinated beef served with Chili Thai Garlic sauce
-Calamari = Calamari steaks prepared in thin strips, cooked golden with chili pepper, Thai and Rosette sauces
-Potato Skins = Cheddar and Jack cheese, bacon, chives and garlic sour cream sauce
-Fiesta Layered Dip = Layers of refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheddar and jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, and green onions. Served with seasoned corn chips and fresh salsa
-Hummus and Veggies = Garbanzo beans, garlic, fresh lemon, with fresh-cut vegetables and flat bread
-Spinach and Artichoke Dip = Spinach, artichoke heart, roasted red pepper, pepper jack cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese with seasoned tortilla chips

Entree Choices:

- Brewers Steak = 8oz sirloin marinated in Total Disorder Porter with seasonal vegetables in garlic butter, golden onion crisps, and a loaded baked potato
- Black Angus Prime Cheeseburger = Ground sirloin, filet, and ribeye topped with Wisconsin smoked cheddar, greenleaf lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayo with house fries.
- Chicken Amber Ale Sandwich = Grilled chicken breast topped with Porter BBQ sauce, slaw, tomato, onion crisps, and roasted tomato-chipotle mayonnaise with house fries.
- Vegetarian Sundried Tomato and Penne Pasta = Sliced white mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, sundried tomatoes, and fresh shallots with penne pasta simmered in a creamy marinara sauce. Finished with basil chiffonade and shaved parmesan cheese, served with a warm breadstick

Dessert:

- Vanilla ice cream sundae = served with hot fudge and toasted almonds
